Digital Products

Digital Products, including but not limited to E-Books and Audiobooks, have a 14-day return window from the date of purchase. You can contact me and let me know you're unhappy with your purchase. I make it easy - just email shop@miabrody.com.

Please include your order number, your name and the email address associated with your purchase. This helps me find you in the system faster.

Keep in mind that when I initiate a refund, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it's been longer than 10 business days, reach out to me again.

Physical Products

Physical Products, including but not limited to Signed Paperbacks, are not eligible for return. Since these items are customized for readers, there's no way to return them.

However, if your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact me. I'll be happy to replace your items, and I make it easy - just email shop@miabrody.com.

Refusal Right

This is a rarely invoked clause. It means I can refuse a refund, return, or replacement. It's here to prevent fraudulent requests. But if you care enough to read my policy, that's probably not you.

My standard policy is to respond to messages within 48 hours. However, responses may be slower than usual during holiday events or inclement weather such as hurricanes. Thanks for understanding in advance!
